Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. We do not collect financial data or information from minors.
2. Purposes of processing
We only use your data to respond to your inquiry, improve the informational content of the portal and comply with legal obligations. We do not carry out commercial profiling nor share your data with third parties for direct advertising.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent expressed when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of maintaining operational communication with visitors to the portal.
4. Retention
We retain contact messages for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymized through documented internal procedures.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by writing to hola@zenquorfx.com with the subject "ARCO Rights 2026".
